Returning again this fall is the monthly Self-care Sundays – Fall Transition Series. The classes are focused on nurturing mind and body as we transition out of the busyness of summer into the quieter routines of fall:
September 24, 2:00-3:15pm, Morning Awaken – Our daily routines and habits are integral to our physical well-being and emotional and mental resilience. Welcome in the new day and set up a strong and steady foundation for the rest of the day.
October 29, 2:00-3:15pm, Yin Yoga – Release tension in the connective tissues of the body and create space in both the body and the mind.
November 26, 2:00-3:15pm, Afternoon Reset – Sometimes, all we need to do is step away from the busyness of the day for a combined Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga practice to renew and restore for the rest of the day.
December 10, 2:00-3:15pm, Gentle/Yoga Nidra – With all of the busyness of the holidays fast approaching or any other busy time, move gently, relax, release and let go. Come experience the healing benefits of gentle yoga movement followed by yoga nidra/yogic sleep on the body and mind.
Cost: $20 each or register for all four for $75.
These classes will be offered both in-studio (limited to 3 participants so be sure to register early to secure your spot) and online via Zoom.
