Join me online to start off your day with Yoga Infused Pilates! Tuesdays, 8:00-9:00am, June 27, July 11,18,25 (4 weeks). This class combines classical and contemporary elements of Pilates and yoga poses. Fluid movements lead by the breath combined with deep stretches and stabilizing poses will help center the mind while developing a strong core, increasing body strength and flexibility and improving coordination and balance. This class is great if you are an short on time and wish to experience the benefits of both yoga and Pilates in one class – $60 (4 weeks) or drop-in $20/class.
