Fusion Fitness Starts June 27!

Fusion Fitness: Define, Strengthen, Restore and Nurture Your Body and Soul!

Add variety to your fitness this summer! Fusion workouts are an efficient non-impact way to build strength, muscle definition, endurance, flexibility, balance and overall mind-body health by blending elements of Pilates, yoga, barre, and fitness exercise.

No special equipment is required! It is a great way to create yang yin balance of body and mind. You will be left with a sense of calmness and restoration.

Join me virtually on Mondays, June 27 to August 22 (no class on August 1), 8:00-9:00am. A recording of the weekly session will be made available to you for 7 days after each session.

If you are undecided, you can attend the first class and then decide. If you love it, sign-up for $120 for the 8 weeks! If it isn’t for you only pay the drop-in fee of $20 and also receive the recording for the week.
