Improve your breathing, improve your health. This class is breath-centered and will focus on yoga poses that help open up the spaces of the shoulders, chest and lungs. Breathing well can calm the brain, alleviate stress, anxiety, depression and other disorders leading to improved sleep, focus, memory, energy, overall health and feelings of wellness. This is an all-levels class – no previous yoga experience required. Everyone can benefit from breathing better!
This class will be offered via Zoom on Sunday, January 10 from 2-3pm. A link to the class with instructions will be provided a day in advance of the class.
