Practicing Hatha yoga in combination with meditation on a regular basis will help you feel more balanced and better connected to your inner self leading to overall health and well-being. Adding a regular weekly Pilates class will complement your yoga practice and build both inner and outer strength. I am offering two new series this fall to help you achieve these goals.
- Four weekly Virtual Gentle Pilates classes from Journey Fitness + Wellness Lakefront Studio start this Sunday, November 15, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. to December 13 (no class on November 29). Cost: $60 (includes taxes)
- Four weekly Virtual Hatha and Meditation classes from Journey Fitness + Wellness Lakefront Studio start Friday, November 20, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. to December 11. Cost: $60 (includes taxes)
