Immunity Boost Smoothie!

Here’s my favourite smoothie recipe to boost your immunity. It’s full of flavour and is packed with many nutrients and health benefits. I always feel like I’ve been kissed by the sun after drinking it. As weird as that sounds, it’s a great feeling!!

Ingredients:

  • 350 ml almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ of peeled navel orange
  • 1 Tbsp of slivered fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on your smoothie setting. Enjoy! Double recipe for sharing 😊
