Nancy Williams will be away, and I will be filling in for her. This class is designed for adults of any age, including beginners, seniors and those with minor physical limitations, who prefer a slower paced, mindful class that nurtures body, breath, mind. Students practice postures that strengthen, stretch, improve range of motion, balance and core; work on the principles of body alignment, movement led by the breath and the art of relaxation. Options and props are offered to ensure that poses are accessible for students with extra tight hips, cranky knees, or other minor limitations. Beginner/Level 1
