
Class Description
This class starts with a slower vinyasa style of yoga where postures are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. We move gently into Yin postures that are held passively for longer periods of time. Together these two styles of yoga help energy to flow more freely through the body building strength, stamina and flexibility in both the body and mind.
