Hatha Yoga and Meditation

Class Description

Cultivate strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and focus. This yoga class is for all levels though a knowledge of foundational yoga poses is beneficial. This class will focus on breathing techniques, postures and relaxation to prepare the body and mind for meditation to close the practice. Including meditation to your yoga practice has many benefits including lowered stress levels, increased mental clarity and focus, improved overall health and many more.

A 4-week in-studio and online series is being offered on Tuesdays, May 3 until May 24, from 9:30am to 10:30am.  The cost for this series is $60.  If you join midway through the series, the cost will be pro-rated.

In-studio space is limited to 3 people, so register early to assure your spot.
