Class Description

Improve your breathing, improve your health. This class is breath-centric and will focus on yoga poses that help open up the spaces of the shoulders,  chest and lungs.  Breathing well can help alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression leading to improved sleep, focus, energy, overall health and feelings of wellness.  This is an all levels class.  Everyone can benefit from breathing better!


A 4 week online-only series is being offered from Lakefront Studio on Sundays, January 10 to 31, from 9:30-10:30am.  The cost for this series is $60, or you can join a single class for $20.  Register by phone (613.558.7480) or email.
