It\u2019s full of flavour and is packed with many nutrients and health benefits. I always feel like I\u2019ve been kissed by the sun after drinking it. As weird as that sounds, it\u2019s a great feeling!!<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 ml almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp ground flax seed<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp hemp hearts<\/li>\n<li>1 frozen banana<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup frozen mango chunks<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd of peeled navel orange<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp of slivered fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on your smoothie setting. <i>Enjoy! <\/i>Double recipe for sharing &#x1f60a;<\/p>\n<p><i>Ingredient Benefits:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flax seed &#8211; high in Omega-3 Fats and great source of protein<\/li>\n<li>Hemp hearts \u2013 contains healthy fats and also great source of protein<\/li>\n<li>Banana &#8211; contains many important nutrients including Potassium and Vitamins B6 and C<\/li>\n<li>Mango \u2013 great source of vitamins A and C and antioxidants<\/li>\n<li>Orange \u2013 good source of vitamin C and other vitamins, minerals and antioxidants<\/li>\n<li>Ginger \u2013 anti-inflammatory and digestive aid<\/li>\n<li>Cayenne \u2013 metabolism boosting and digestive ai<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s my favourite smoothie recipe to boost your immunity.
