Renew and restore the body and mind through supportive restorative  yoga poses and Reiki energy to calm the central nervous system and  re-balance the energy centers of the body.  A blend of essential oils  will be diffused to support relaxation.  This 2-hour long Restorative, Reiki and Essential Oil session will  support you like the earth\u2026 allowing you to drop deeper into your  practice, clear energy blockages, and truly rest the body and mind.  The session will include guiding you into meditation\/visualization of the energy centers of the body and 5-7 Restorative Yoga Poses.
