I began my journey with Deborah when a friend recommended a class she was offering online. Her calm and welcoming personality drew me in. She also has a deep well of knowledge and experience. After that class, I signed up for the 8-week Breath Well Yoga series. When I began, I would feel revved getting the kids ready and on the bus; cleaning up; and getting ready for the class. About half way through the class, I would begin to calm down. My mantra actually was “calm down”. Now at 6 weeks in, I feel more relaxed just knowing it is Wednesday and that I will be starting my day with Deb. I am already calming down as I step onto my mat! My mantra today was “focus on the breath and leave the rest” and you know what? Today that felt easy! Thank you Deb. ❤
