Yoga-infused Pilates

Class Description

Combine the benefits of both yoga and Pilates in one class. This class combines classical and contemporary elements of Pilates and yoga poses. Fluid movements lead by the breath combined with deep stretches and stabilizing poses will help center the mind while developing a strong core, increasing body strength and flexibility and improving coordination and balance. This class is great if you are short on time and wish to experience the benefits of yoga and Pilates in one class.


A 4-week series is being offered on Mondays, June 3 to 24, from 9:30-10:30am.  The cost of the series is $80, or you can join a single class for $20.

In-studio space is limited to 3 people, so register early to assure your spot.
