Class Description
Stimulate energy, increase vitality, restore and renew. This class starts with gentle movement where postures are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence followed by 2-3 longer held supportive restorative postures using bolsters, blankets and other props to fully support the body in restful positions to end the practice. You will leave the mat feeling energized and calm.
